Where there is pain let there be peace…..

To all of those amazing strong hearts that are feeling pain right now. If feeling peace feels too hard right now and you doubt your strength, then go amongst peace if you can.

Find a place that calls you; be it a church, a forest, a beach or waterfall; music or silence….

Stop thinking and let it all absorb into your heart.
The universe is holding you safe…. stop a moment and let yourself feel safe and at peace and loved once more.

Allowing yourself to be….. that is where you remember your strength.
