I would like to tell you a little more about myself, who I am, what I love, my qualifications and the work that I do, and why I am so passionate about making a difference to each and every client that walks through my clinic door.

I have 16 years experience in the medical and health field and a lifetime of ‘Living”. So I am going to show you a bit about me, my loves and my life in pictures…
I was born in January 1976

“I first met Andrea after been diagnosed with multiple sclerosis. I decided to try the nutritional end of things to see if it would help my symptoms. What had I got to loose. Going into the consultation with MS and a variety of symptoms, I walked out a different person, one who just started his journey to full health. What I got from that consultation was much more than nutritional support I gained a belief, an intuition if you like to go for it, to drive forward and take back what I lost, my own birth right, to be healthy again.
Andrea gave me that drive, that energy if you like to start looking outside of the box, to see what’s out there and to believe in what’s out there. I have not looked back. My journey continues…”

I began working with Andrea in early 2009 and I couldn’t be happier with the results I have achieved.
Her nutrition plan is completely specific to me. It focuses on the areas that needed improvement, for example boosting my immune system, increasing lean muscle mass and recovering more effectively after training.
I continue to be impressed by Andrea’s attention to detail, enthusiasm and her genuine interest in improving my sporting performance. Her expertise is not just confined to nutrition but also encompasses other aspects, which have a huge impact on high performance. I feel her knowledge regarding recovery, sleep patterns, stress management, and immune function have helped give me a competitive advantage.
Under Andrea’s guidance and advice, I have noticed a real sense of well-being. I recover faster after each session and race. As well as this, I have achieved my best lean muscle mass scores to date. In the past, I have been prone to illness four to five times a year due to the large volume and intensity of my training. Since working with Andrea and the focus we placed on maximizing immune function, I am happy to say I haven’t been sick once this season.

Andrea, so well said, so honest, so true and helpful for anyone who wonders and cares.
Meeting you has been a heartwarming experience and keeping company with you a true delight.
Now, we need to locate a trance dance habitat to celebrate life.
Over the mountain, there is a very cool town called Santa Cruz (California), where a lot of “organic” folks live, work and play alongside the mighty Pacific ocean, and where every Sunday they have what they call “dance (trance style) church”. That is real church for me, and hopefully you to when we can journey over there.
Google Big Sur and see what that is…that is… paradise on earth for me and where I plan on living again.
Here is another place http://www.deetjens.com (check it out), where magic dwells 24/7… lodged in redwood trees, a canyon filled with sweet spirits, and an inn, overflowing with magic, Mozart, mirth and miracles…my fave place on this planet… where I lived and worked in the sixties as a student of a wizard… Helmuth Deetjen, the builder of the Inn and a wonder worker from Norway..
