There is this sense of pressure to be ‘there’ and not where you ‘are’.

Life is in this real world. Your world. Listen to your intuition, follow your moral compass, be honest and authentic; take time out to be grateful, reflect and listen. You are your own guru, you are expanding at your own perfect pace…

Look in and not out to someone else. That’s where real peace and knowing lie …
